Un moment au cours duquel toutes les industries ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9es par le \u00ab\u00a0confinement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0\u00bb pour combattre la menace du Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Si le march\u00e9 de l\u2019immobilier s\u2019\u00e9tait maintenu au rythme des deux premiers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, avant le confinement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la Covid-19, les professionnels de l\u2019industrie avaient \u00e0 l\u2019horizon possiblement l\u2019une des ann\u00e9es les plus solides ann\u00e9es dans l\u2019histoire de la province et du march\u00e9 local. \u00c9videmment, ce qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 au cours des derniers mois n\u2019\u00e9tait en aucun cas conforme aux pr\u00e9dictions des chefs de file de l\u2019industrie. L\u2019inventaire \u00e9tait au plus bas en f\u00e9vrier, et au cours du confinement, lorsque l\u2019industrie immobili\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme non-essentielle, l\u2019inventaire restant a \u00e9t\u00e9 absorb\u00e9 par les acheteurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le march\u00e9 et anxieux de pouvoir conclure la vente. Beaucoup de personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 vendu leurs biens ont d\u00fb se relocaliser et n\u2019avaient pas vraiment d\u2019autres choix que de trouver une maison, malgr\u00e9 les contraintes de temps tr\u00e8s serr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait d\u00e9sormais deux semaines que l\u2019industrie immobili\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9ouvrir enti\u00e8rement et cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une cavale folle, c\u2019est le moins que l\u2019on puisse dire. En se basant sur la menace inconnue et potentielle que repr\u00e9sente la Covid-19 pour la sant\u00e9 et l\u2019impact \u00e9conomique des d\u00e9cisions des institutions gouvernementales (municipales, provinciales et f\u00e9d\u00e9rales) sur notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, beaucoup de gens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre temporairement leurs plans sur pause. Ces individus se sont d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9veill\u00e9s face \u00e0 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019entrer sur le march\u00e9 ou de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action simultan\u00e9ment. C\u2019\u00e9tait et restera un march\u00e9 de vendeurs.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, il est devenu totalement clair que les impacts \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 long terme de ces d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales vont in\u00e9vitablement se faire sentir au d\u00e9triment de notre \u00e9conomie. Toutefois, l\u2019excellente nouvelle qui pointe \u00e0 l\u2019horizon est que des progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fait dans la compr\u00e9hension de la menace de la Covid-19, des taux de mortalit\u00e9s r\u00e9els ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis et la volont\u00e9 de garder les march\u00e9s et les entreprises ferm\u00e9es ne se justifie plus d\u00e9sormais, lorsque que l\u2019on examine les r\u00e9sultats scientifiques de la recherche en cours. Tout cela pour dire que l\u2019\u00e9conomie en en train de r\u00e9ouvrir et de se relancer, avec un avenir qui s\u2019annonce prometteur pour le Qu\u00e9bec. Une reprise en \u00ab V \u00bb ou en \u00ab U \u00bb est en cours, et l\u2019industrie immobili\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 revigor\u00e9e par ceux qui encore, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou qui avait une peur justifi\u00e9e face \u00e0 l\u2019inconnu.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous savons, et que nous avons toujours su, est que l\u2019immobilier a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 et continuera \u00e0 \u00eatre l\u2019un des investissements les plus prudents et s\u00fbrs que n\u2019importe qui puisse faire, particuli\u00e8rement ici au Canada.
